Vesta Mansion: So Happy I finally Reached It!!!

This novel has been on my TBR list for a long time. I'm not sure why I waited because I absolutely loved P.A Priddey's short collection An Experiment in Emotions...Priddey is quickly becoming one of my favorite indies.

I finally cracked Vesta Mansion last night and have to say that it is a pleasantly twisted and frightening surprise. I still don't know WTF Alex is though. I wanted to put this up there for those looking for a dark fantasy that could probably be YA as well...so far nothing too graphic...

I will keep you posted.
It is available for purchase on Amazon or Kindle Unlimited to borrow for FREE and I highly recommend it!
REVIEW will be going up as soon as I am done :)

SYNOPSIS: The Vesta Mansion Trilogy – part one – The Power Inside
A story of magical creatures, witches, a warlock and his demons, set in modern-day United Kingdom.
Alex Aylward could only get around with the aid of a walking stick, so he never expected he would be running with wolves.
He never imagined he would have to save the daughters he never knew existed, fight demons, and live in a haunted mansion.
But when he dreams of future events, it all changes, secrets hidden for thousands of years are soon revealed.

The Girl of Sand and Fog: My Heart Aches for More!

As usual there are no words that can possibly describe the awe I have for Susan Ward. She has quickly become my go-to New Adult Romance author. I adored the Half Shell series, so I had to move on to read Kaley's story.

Broken Crown was the perfect introduction to Kaley's POV in the Girl of Sand and Fog series. Kaley's a spunky, spoiled rock star brat with so much heart and passion that my heart actually ached for her throughout this book.

I laughed, I cried, I had many WTF moments (as per usual with books by Susan Ward),and when the book ended...I want more!

This book took me on an emotional rollercoaster ride and I loved every second of it. It's the kind of book that stuck with me for days after reading it...

I am moving on to the Affair without End series now because I need more Jack and Linda. Haha :)

Don't worry, I will totally be blogging every book by this author. She's AWESOME!!!

Oops...I've fallen behind again

Yes, I know. I am late with Floozies and Fallout...
I have no excuse, other than life, you know...and sometimes I don't write when I should, ha-ha. Plus, it is summer and I have been actually enjoying the beautiful weather. We only get so much sun before it gets frakkin cold and those days are writing days :)

I have three projects in the final stages, and in the interest of not being one of the authors that doesn't deliver as promised, I won't give release dates...yet.

I will say that Floozies is close, but I'm still not happy with it...
I'll post links and social media the crap out of it once it is released though.

Patience my beauties ;)

My Shady New Addiction

If you read YA or NA paranormal/fantasy romance and you're into the vampire thing, you know that Bella Forrest has dominated the categories for years. Of course I was curious, so I started the first book and now I can officially say that I am addicted to this series. The writing is AWESOME, the characters are complicated and angsty and extremely well-developed, and the world of the Shade is perfect as the backdrop for this series.

It took me awhile to actually crack this book because I was torn after reading reviews, but I ignored them and moved on. The passion in the writing, caused me to experience a myriad of emotions at various points of the book and I was left feeling awestruck, in love, and desperate to move on to the next book.

I am in love with this love story!

I'm also not going into great review detail as with this series it has been done to death. I will move on to the next book and see where it takes me. I'm totally in, but I'm also a bit hesitant as there are so many books, I wonder at what point, if any, that I will get bored.

If you are a YA PNR fan and you love being taken away on a long emotional ride, this is a great series. The best part is if you have Kindle Unlimited (and this isn't a plug for KU, just a fact), you can get your fix for only your monthly subscription fee which is great because there are almost thirty books in this series...
